In 2023, I worked with HBCU CRWNS, a local retail brand in Tallahassee, FL for 9 months as VP of Marketing and Brand Development. In this role, I provided support to the CEO and sales team in managing operation flow, successfully established systems for record retention through daily correspondence tracking, created original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms, provided a visual yearly content calendar to influence follower engagement, actively identified and secured potential collaborations and partnerships, and provided digital content for Urban Outfitters Tallahassee with local onsite vendors and ensured client satisfaction for the UO Local Market during Black History Month 2023.

Overall, my work-related experience in multimedia spans multiple facets of digital marketing, including content creation, strategy development, audience engagement, analytics, and advertising. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set to excel in multimedia roles and drive meaningful results for companies and organizations. Within this position, I became a Black Ambition 2023 HBCU Prize Competition Semifinalist. Through creating spaces where innovation thrives, founded by Pharrell Williams, Black Ambition Prize Competition strives to bridge the racial wealth gap by fostering the success of Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs.
